Therefore, the After Sales Service from Steinmüller Babcock Environment is your first point of contact after the completion and commissioning of the plant. Experts from different departments and engineering disciplines develop tailored solutions for your individual challenges in the operation, or in the further development of the plant. Our After Sales Service has already built up an excellent reputation. We are delighted that our comprehensive services are used not only by operators of power stations and waste incineration plants that we have built, but increasingly also by operators of completely different industrial sectors, such as steel or chemical plants.

Due to many years of proven work processes, we can offer our services at extremely competitive conditions, naturally under strict compliance with all valid EU standards, normative and legislative provisions, and the requirements of operational safety. 


Tried, tested, certified

We are certified in all relevant management systems for the protection of quality, health, work and environment. Furthermore, we are qualified not only as a supplier of boiler plants, but also as boiler manufacturers in accordance with valid EU guidelines. The ASME S-Stamp (new construction) and ASME R-Stamp (repairs/conversions) certificates qualify us for the markets in the USA, Canada and 90 other countries. In the long-term maintenance process of a plant operation lifespan, we ensure the great quality of our products. For example, we maintain our own welding and inspection technology, which bears certified procedure qualifications in accordance with EN ISO 15614 and EN 473.

The After Sales Service from Steinmüller Babcock Environment gives you access to all the services of our company. We orient our services towards your individual challenges and requirements: Do you want to secure the high availability of the plant? Do you want to increase performance capability, for example with regard to heat extraction? Are you aiming for greater efficiency in flue gas cleaning plants in order to comply with new emission limits? Or would you like to modernise firing capacity control? Our service encompasses inspection, repairs and spare parts management, as well as all services for the plant operation and plant optimisation in form of engineering services, employee training and modernisation measures. We offer individual framework service agreements for all areas.

A strong partner in cooperation

The After Sales Service can avail of the qualified input of our Polish subsidiary, Steinmüller Babcock Montaz Sp. z o.o., based in Gliwice, Poland, to carry out assembly, repairs, maintenance work and servicing. This is a 100 % subsidiary of Steinmüller Babcock Environment GmbH in Gummersbach.

The young company, which we integrated in 2015, works with highly qualified experts and safeguards our internationally extremely competitive conditions. The documented experience feedback from service assignments provides us with valuable information that allows us to continuously improve the high quality of our own products in the area of existing and new plants. Steinmüller Babcock Montaz demonstrates its service consistently from assembly planning and assembly execution, both in conversions and in new plants, to the servicing and maintenance of existing plants.


Naturally, Steinmüller Babcock Montaz also holds the relevant certificates DIN EN ISO 9001, BS OHSAS 18001, DIN EN ISO 3834-2 and EN1090 (EUROCODE 3).
